Courses and Learning Paths
means the educational offerings available for enrollment through the Leadership Hub.
Services
means access to the Leadership Hub, including course delivery, learning progress tracking, and related features.
Website
means the website operated by Leading Beyond Limits LLC, including any associated subdomains.

This website and its Services are intended for professional and adult learners. By enrolling in a course or learning path, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are purchasing Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Additional or separate terms may apply for enterprise, cohort-based, or licensed use and will be provided where applicable.

6.1 Pricing

6.3 Order Confirmation
A purchase is complete when you receive a confirmation email. At that point, a binding agreement is formed for the purchased Services.
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the purchased Course(s) or Learning Path(s) through the Leadership Hub.
We strive to provide reliable access; however, availability may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, individual learners receive lifetime access to the purchased Course(s) or Learning Path(s), subject to continued compliance with these Terms and the Account remaining in good standing.
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the Content is offered through the Leadership Hub and your Account remains in good standing. We reserve the right to update, revise, replace, or retire Content at our discretion.
Enterprise or organizational access terms may differ and will be governed by separate agreements.
Because the Services provide immediate access to digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Any refunds or exceptions are granted at our sole discretion, except where prohibited by law.
10.1 Ownership
All Content provided through the Leadership Hub is owned by Leading Beyond Limits LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may stop using the website at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction
