Content & Framework
The Mindful Leader™ Framework is the foundation of all Leadership Hub learning. It focuses on five core leadership pillars:
• Self-Awareness
• Presence
• Empathy
• Intentional Decision-Making
• Resilience
Each course and learning path is intentionally designed to strengthen one or more of these pillars.
Skill tags indicate which core leadership pillar a course primarily strengthens. These tags appear on course cards and course pages to help learners make intentional learning choices.
